1、按下“win+r”打开运行，输入regedit，依次打开
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINESOFTWAREClassesCLSID{20D04FE0-3AEA-1069-A2D8-08002B30309D}ShellManageCommand。
2、右击右侧的“默认”点击“修改”，将数据数值修改为%Windir%SYstem32MMC.exe /%Windir%System32Compmgmt.msc即可。
